Last weekend, Phil and I took a road trip to the lovely state of VT w/our friends Patrick and Olga.
We started off touring and tasting cheeses madeby Cabot Cheese Coop. Not only are all the cheeses made by Cabot lactose free :) but all the milk used to make the cheese is provided by local Vermont farmers.
After Cabot, we headed over to Cold Hollow Cider Mill to enjoy fresh apple cider and doughnuts and then to Ben and Jerry's for the factory tour.
Vermont is a beautiful place, full of rolling green mountains and fast flowing rivers. Leave it to the boys to find the perfect spot for lunch and some "swimming." Next time, we must remember Phil's swim suit!
